I love putting together mixes of our handmade buttons! This would be a great variety of buttons to add to your button stash to have on hand for projects, to give as a gift to a maker in your life, or perfect for keeping a few for yourself and giving a few as gifts. :)

These buttons were created by my husband Jeff in a variety of woods. This listing includes three small button cards, with a total of 6 buttons tied to them. (All pictured.) This set includes two buttons in Oregon madrone wood, two carved heart buttons in red cedar wood, and two buttons in shed deer antler. Male deer shed their antlers once a year and grow back new ones. The shed antlers make incredible buttons, not only for how well they hold up, but also for how beautiful they are. The heart buttons had really unique coloring in the red cedar, they were some of my favorite heart buttons Jeff has made yet. There are some gorgeous buttons in this set! (All types of wood labeled on the back of each card so you don't have to worry about remembering them.)

He sands and polishes the buttons so smooth, you'll love the way they feel. All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the grain, and makes the wood glow.

~Care Instructions~ Care for these buttons as you would wool: hand wash garment in cool water and lay flat to dry. If the wood should dry out from washing, a little walnut oil (or other natural oil) on a soft cloth works well to moisturize them. Oiling them will keep your buttons beautiful and protect them from drying out.
