These adorable honeybee buttons were created by my husband Jeff in yellow cedar wood. I love cedar, and yellow cedar has such a pretty light yellow hue. Jeff burned a honeybee design in each button, I absolutely adore these! Not only does the yellow cedar make a great match for the bee buttons, it also makes these buttons smell amazing! (I keep smelling them the whole time I'm writing this.) He sands and polishes the buttons so smooth, even around the edges, you'll love the way they feel. All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the grain, and makes the wood glow. We need to charge a bit more for these because they are tricky to make. Pictured with grey yarn, these buttons would pair nicely with many different colors.

~Care Instructions~ Care for these buttons as you would wool: hand wash garment in cool water and lay flat to dry. If the wood should dry out from washing, a little walnut oil (or other natural oil) on a soft cloth works well to moisturize them. Oiling them will keep your buttons beautiful and protect them from drying out.
