These handmade wooden buttons were created by my husband Jeff in Oregon yew wood. Yew wood is such a beautiful wood, just look at the gorgeous colors in the grain of these buttons! I love the rings of growth and the unique, natural shape of each button too. He sanded these buttons so smooth, you'll love the way they feel. (A note: we don't recommend yew wood for baby items, in case they chew on the buttons, because there are some precautions.) Pictured with grey yarn, these buttons would pair nicely with many different colors.

~Care Instructions~ Care for these buttons as you would wool: hand wash garment in cool water and lay flat to dry. If the wood should dry out from washing, a little walnut oil (or other natural oil) on a soft cloth works well to moisturize them. Oiling them will keep your buttons beautiful and protect them from drying out.
