These wood & turquoise earrings were created by my husband Jeff in red cedar wood. I love cedar wood and especially red cedar with it's rosy hue. Jeff chose a piece of the wood with unique coloring to make these and I love the way it has the two tones of color on each earring. With all the sanding and polishing he does to bring out the beauty of the wood, the wood is so smooth, you'll love the way it feels. I love the drop shape of these earrings and the beautiful blue turquoise stones.
If you're looking for lightweight earrings, these are a great choice for you! Not only is the red cedar beautiful, but it also makes for very lightweight earrings. (Plus these being a nice, small size makes them some of the lightest earrings we carry.) They come on silver plated ear wires. For an aromatherapy treat, put a drop of your favorite essential oil on the backside of these earrings (cedar is an absorbent wood and perfect for this) to enjoy the scent while you wear them.
