These buttons were created by my husband Jeff in Oregon madrone wood. This wood has a warmth to it, and such unique tiny speckles in the grain. It's one of those woods that seems to glow from within as soon as Jeff finishes all the sanding stages and the final polish. Almost like it has an inner fire. Like I said, Madrone wood is Warm. And so beautiful.
He sands and polishes the buttons so smooth, you'll love the way they feel. All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the wood, and makes it glow.

~Care Instructions~ Care for these buttons as you would wool: hand wash garment in cool water and lay flat to dry. If the wood should dry out from washing, a little walnut oil (or other natural oil) on a soft cloth works well to moisturize them. Oiling them will keep your buttons beautiful and protect them from drying out.
