These earrings were created by my husband Jeff in Oregon yew wood. Let me tell you- Oregon yew is some beautiful wood! It has a warm hue, and I love the rings of growth and the unique patterns in the grain. I just love the shape of these earrings, and the unique wooden hoops that Jeff created with these! All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the wood, and makes it glow.

Most of our wood earrings are surprisingly lightweight, even with the dense woods. (Our most lightweight earrings are the smaller ones, and ones in red cedar.) These earrings come on sterling silver plated ear wires.
