These wooden buttons were created by my husband Jeff in Oregon Osage Orange Wood. This wood is really something special- it has a glow to it- the wood looks luminescent when you tilt it in the light. Osage Orange has a yellow hue, and the sawdust is sometimes used as a natural dye. It's quite beautiful!

Jeff sands and polishes the buttons so smooth, even around the edges, you'll love the way they feel. All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the wood, and makes it glow. He sanded these buttons and burned a celtic knot design in each one.

Specially made, with a Trinity Celtic Knot on each button.

~Care Instructions~ Care for these buttons as you would wool: hand wash garment in cool water and lay flat to dry. If the wood should dry out from washing, a little walnut oil (or other natural oil) on a soft cloth works well to moisturize them. Oiling them will keep your buttons beautiful and protect them from drying out.
