This handmade wooden shawl pin was created by my husband Jeff in Oregon madrone wood. I'm a fan of madrone wood, it's such a beautiful wood. This piece in particular is really unique- with a deeper hue than I usually see in madrone- it's really something! (When you tilt it in the light, you'll see what I mean, it has such a glow.) The shawl pin stick was made in Oregon myrtlewood, giving a really fun contrast with the different woods.
He sands and polishes the wood so smooth, you'll love the way it feels. All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the wood, and makes it glow. The shawl pin stick is pointed at one end to go through knitted fabric more easily. Shown with grey yarn, it would pair beautifully with many different colors.

This shawl pin will add a beautiful touch to your special shawl!



Measurements: Just a little under 2.75 inches wide. Shawl pin stick is just a little under 4.5 inches long.
