This handmade wooden shawl pin was created by my husband Jeff in mahogany wood. Of all the shawl pins he has carved and created over the years, the turtle shawl pins are truly one of my favorites! I absolutely adore this carved turtle shawl pin. He sands and polishes the wood so smooth, you'll love the way it feels. All the sanding and polishing also brings out the beauty of the wood, and makes it glow.
The shawl pin stick is pointed at one end so it will go through knitted fabric easily. (Sometimes people wear these in their hair as well, some can hold a small amount of hair.)
This shawl pin will add a beautiful touch to your special shawl!
Measurements: The main body of the shawl pin is about 2.25 inches wide at widest point, and 2.25 inches tall. Shawl pin stick is 2 & 5/8 inches long.
